You have reached the registration page for the Forum Innovation 2025, which will take place from October 13 to 16.
This form allows you to register for all the activities scheduled as part of the Forum Innovation.
By becoming a member – or if you are already a member – of the RNI, you are eligible for the discounted rates reserved for RNI members. Please verify your eligibility for reduced rates, in accordance with the registration terms and conditions, before proceeding with payment.

1. General Terms
Registration for the Forum Innovation 2025 is mandatory to participate in the various sessions, conferences, and workshops. It must be completed exclusively through the official online registration platform. Once the registration is validated and the payment completed, participants will receive a confirmation by email.
2. Applicable Fees
Registration fees vary depending on the participant’s status and their affiliation with the Réseau de Recherche sur l’Innovation (RRI):
RRI Member Rate: Reserved for individuals affiliated with an RRI member institution or holding a valid individual membership.
Reduced Rate: Applicable only to students, PhD candidates, postdoctoral researchers, or early-career researchers, upon submission of valid proof.
Standard Rate: Applies to all other participants not covered by the categories above.
3. Participant Responsibility
Each participant is responsible for carefully verifying their eligibility for the selected rate before completing the registration process. In case of doubt, it is recommended to contact the organizing team before proceeding with payment.
4. Refunds and Payment Adjustments
Refunds are possible in the following cases:
In the event of duplicate payments (due to a handling error or unintentional duplication);
If you paid the standard rate but are eligible for a reduced rate, and you provide the required proof within a reasonable timeframe;
If the amount paid exceeds the rate applicable to your status, upon presentation of appropriate documentation.
In these cases, any overpayment will be refunded after verification by the organizing team.
However, no refund will be issued in the event of selecting a rate that does not correspond to your actual status—particularly if a reduced rate is selected without being eligible.
In such cases:
The participant will be notified by email;
They will be required to pay the difference between the selected rate and the correct rate applicable to their status;
The registration will be confirmed only after full payment has been received.
We therefore strongly encourage you to carefully check your status and rate eligibility before finalizing your registration.
5. Required Documents
Participants requesting a reduced or member rate must provide valid supporting documentation at the time of registration (such as a confirmation of RRI membership, a student ID, or a letter from their institution).
